WMA, a WYNG Foundation initiative, (‘WMA ’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or other derivatives thereof) shall at all times comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (‘the Ordinance’). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term ‘Personal Data’ refers to any data from which it is practicable for the identity of the individual to be directly or indirectly ascertained and in a form in which access to or processing of the data is practicable.

2. WMA makes this statement to notify you:
a. How and why Personal Data is collected;
b. How it will be used and safeguarded; and
c. To whom data access requests are to be addressed.
We recommend you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our website and/or WMA facilities, and engaging in WMA programmes. By using our website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
