WMA Students – LIGHT Call for Submissions

The WYNG Philomathia Student Essay Contest, also known as WMA Student, aims to help students from local secondary schools develop a greater awareness towards social issues by encouraging them to submit short essays based on the themed works of WMA Masters winners and finalists. These photographic works serve as a springboard for young writers to express their views towards social issues tied to the cycle’s given theme. With this objective in mind, the contest’s finalists will be invited to the WMA annual exhibition to explore the theme with other WMA awards’ participants.
